EASYFLAME DELIVERS TO THE MAJORITY OF POSTCODES IN ENGLAND AND WALES. WE OFFER FREE KERBSIDE DELIVERY.
Once your order is placed, we will reach out to confirm the delivery date and time. Typically, deliveries are made within 1-3 days, depending on your location. We aim to deliver on your selected date, and 98% of the time, this is the case. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, driver hours, or accidents may occasionally cause delays, which are beyond our control. Please note that our delivery drivers will not unpack your order or remove the pallet. The service is for kerbside delivery only.
Please make sure to provide a valid phone number so drivers can contact you to ensure a smooth delivery. We do not send out logs without confirming delivery instructions, as logs are heavy and difficult to move if placed in the wrong spot or if access is challenging. On the delivery day, you’ll receive a two-hour delivery window, which cannot be changed once assigned. We also recommend having someone at the property to receive the delivery to ensure everything goes as planned.
